Mr. Muditha Peiris
Mr. Muditha Peiris is a proud product of St Benedicts College Colombo where he excelled in cricket and many other sports.
He specialized in Business Management at Kingston College London and on his return in 1995 took charge of the family business, MM Express (Pvt) Limited as the Managing Director. Working alongside his father for over a decade Muditha gained valuable insights and broadened his vistas in the field of business.
With his passion to serve the public, he contested Local Government elections and won comfortably to secure the Chairmanship of Kaduwela Urban Council in Sri Lanka and served from 2002 to 2006.
In 2006 he created Mitko International (Private) Limited, as a construction company and he played a major role as the Chairman, bringing the company to the current status, a group with five subsidiary companies serving in the fields of Mining & building material supplies, Construction & property development , Family healthcare, IT & communications solutions, and Mitko Gateway Abroad. In 2014, Mitko Group, under his leadership ventured out to Australia in the field of construction creating company named Mitko Homes Pty Limited and is in the process of consolidating business.
Continuing his passion to serve public, Muditha, in addition to his duties with Mitko Group also served as the Managing Director of Litro Gas Lanka Limited, a Government owned enterprise from 2015 to 2020, and spearheaded to build the organization as one of the profitable and best managed companies of the Government. During his period Litro Gas made a Cumulative profit of RS.24.8 Bn (PBT) with a recorded volume growth of 97%, provided over 15,000 direct/indirect employment opportunities to people of Sri Lanka through the enhancement of dealers/ distribution network, won 40 Awards and Accolades for the organization, introduced over 2.5 Mn new cylinders to the market and held over 74% of the market share.
Ms. Udeni Kothalawala

A member of the Institute of Management Sri Lanka, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (GGMA-CIMA) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA, UK), Udeni carries with her over 20 years’ experience of strategic financial and general management. She began her carrier in 1994 at Associated Motorways Limited, a highly reputed conglomerate in Sri Lanka engaged in motor trade holding Sri Lankan franchise for many international brands of vehicles. Having excelled in her work Udeni joined Sumathi Holdings in 1996 which had diversified business interests locally and internationally. She rapidly rose to the position of Group Finance Director.
Udeni throughout her career held cross functional responsibilities. Her exposure levels are rare and spanning from traditional financial responsibilities to strategic association in mergers & acquisitions, project management, carrying out feasibility studies, dealing with national and international funding / financial institutions, new business decision making and concurrently holding operational responsibilities for multiple business entities.
Her career exposure levels had been broad and diversified ranging from Integrated IT services, media distribution services, telephony services, herbal tea manufacturing, construction, quarry & excavation management , road construction works and VOIP services.
Udeni as a pioneer with the Mitko Group, through her unique task oriented management style backed by her overriding desire to succeed, has assisted Group Chairman to build Mitko Group to be a dynamic fast growing Sri Lankan company with overseas business interests
Mr. M. Udayasri
Mahadeva Udayasri (Sri) who joined Mitko Group in June 2011, brings with him a rare global exposure and experience over 35 years in diversified business fields. He is a specialist in data processing management having completed his professional studies with Institute of Data Processing Management, UK.
Sri started his carrier in 1978 as a Center Manager at Blue Diamonds Ltd which was the largest Diamond factory under one roof in the world. He was instrumental in computerizing it completely. Incidentally, it was achieved using some basic computers (Sinclair) meant for home use. It was indeed the 1st time ever a diamond cutting and polishing process was ever computerized in the whole world.
Thereafter, he ventured into finger printing technology and functioned as the Executive Director of a Joint Venture company between Ceylinco Group, Sri Lanka and Melawar Corporation, Malaysia. Melawar was a prestigious Malaysian company belonged to the Negri Simbilan Royalties and had a few public listed companies under it’s wing similar to Ceylinco Group. In 1994, he decided to venture out on his own and setup a company in Malaysia to develop and market Document Management Systems. He had companies like MIKA, Fujitsu Malaysia as his partners during this time and was marketing them in South East Asia.
By 1999, Sri moved into the Telecom industry and joined as a shareholder and Business Development Director at Telic Communications Inc, USA. He secured several interconnection contracts with prestigious clients like Primus UK, Germany, Pulse India etc. He also was the CEO of Cross Heaven, Hong Kong at the same time working on VOIP technology.
After an extensive stint at Telic, he moved on with Pulse India as a Business Development Director. Pulse is the 6th ISP company in India. He was able to bring in a range of prime customers and suppliers who changed the outlook of Pulse
Having spent several decades working in many parts of the world, Sri returned to Sri Lanka in 2009 and joined with Omega Technologies. Here, he was involved with Telecommunications and media until he moved to Mitko Group.
Mr. P.D.J Dudley
Bringing more than 40 years of experience into the International University Hub, Mr. Dudley is the full time Executive Director who will lead from the front with his presence to enhance the administration and counselling of our students from the initial enquiry up to the final stage of them leaving to the chosen country in order to commence the study course in the educational institution of their choice.
An old Nalandian, Mr. Dudley started his professional life as a librarian and quickly moved to other areas of corporate management through finance, administration, logistics and manufacturing by serving in several multinational companies encompassing the ceramic, packaging, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy sectors during the span of his contribution to develop and expand the enterprises where he served.
Mr. Dudley has managed a few diversified organizations in various capacities. He was the CEO/Director at Andrews Group, then a Director at Litro Gas Lanka Limited and before that as General Manager at Dainichi Group of Companies consisting of three BOI approved Japanese projects for nearly two decades. During his stewardship Dainichi group achieved remarkable growth as a top-quality ornamental ceramic giftware manufacturer and exporter prompting several Fortune 500 brands like Disney and Hallmark to appoint them as their preferred supplier for the market in the United States of America.
Mr. Dudley has gained wide exposure in all aspects of corporate functions as a GM/CEO/Director wherever he served by rapidly advancing in the ladder of success due to being a consummate management executive with versatile high calibre and cross-functional team building capabilities.
While holding a Master of Business Administration from University of Northampton (UK), Mr. Dudley has earned an Executive Bachelor of Business Administration during his stay in the United Kingdom. In addition to be a Life Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (SL) Mr. Dudley holds a license from the Customs Department as a practicing logistics service provider for importers and exporters. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Dudley is serving as a whole island Justice of the Peace.
